		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s probably safe to say that all ISPs have been affected by this. You know the controversy over Comcast limiting BitTorrent traffic? I&#039;m fairly certain it&#039;s related to their efforts to quiet the Storm (though it&#039;s being spun as a net neutrality thing). The spam volume certainly can be correlated directly to this worm, and that accounts for millions, if not billions, in expenses. Given that we&#039;re talking tens of thousands of compromised hosts, there are probably several ways in which it has impacted Internet life across the board, whether it be enterprise or consumer space.
