Was Apple full of holes last week?

Umm, no, not really. Apple has been full of holes for as long as the software has been available. It is an important distinction – the fact that these vulnerabilities were just reported does not impact the vulnerable state of the software; it impacts the threat level. On the vuln side, that means we should be researching better ways to protect ourselves even in the face of unknown vulns (i.e. next month’s disclosed vulns). On the threat side, that means…. ahh, forget it.
