In some respects, I am glad that geeks are getting their revenge on all the "cool" kids from high school. I harken back to my high school days and I know they were treated unfairly. What is extremely ironic, however, and indicative of the human condition, is that the geeks would choose to get revenge by using the same techniques that the cool kids did – they elevate their importance by putting everyone else down.

What am I talking about? Well, this of course. The juvenile’s equivalent of flashing your money everywhere – flashing your geekiness. Since some of these kids are probably still in high school, I guess it still smarts. Maybe they should start a new contest at DefCon – Dodgeball.
