Bruce Schneier posts here about a bank that "require customers to use the most vulnerability-laden browser." He equates "most vulnerability-laden" with an "insecure" browser.
I don’t get this. I thought the whole reason we are looking for vulnerabilities is to make us more secure, not less so. Further, I am under the impression that we should be worried more about the notion of an undiscovered vulnerability being found by a bad guy and exploited before we find out about it.
That being the case, IE should be more secure than the other browsers.
