Update (1/31/05): I have done some basic verification – there is a lawsuit on the docket at Hillsborough County Court.

This is a great social engineer… or it is legitimate. I don’t know, but something smells fishy to me. Please let me know if you actually find a way to verify these proceedings COMPLETELY INDEPENDENTLY. That is, don’t use any information that is posted on the site.
