Joanna Rutkowska at Invisible Things Labs shows a screenshot from their prototype of "Windows XP running inside Virtual PC, that runs inside Vista, which itself runs inside a Xen's HVM VM".

Pretty mindblowing stuff that highlights future risk potential — quasi-transparent extra layers of communication with control points that provide opportunities for good or bad actions. Nothing to worry about in the short term, but certainly worth paying attention to for future architectures.
