I can't parse/reconcile the following items in McAfee's report:
"Respondents from the global companies interviewed estimated that on an average $12 million worth of sensitive information, such as customer and credit card data, intellectual property, fi nancial records and legal documents, resides overseas."
and, in the next paragraph:
"Respondents estimated that intellectual property worth approximately $17 million per fi rm is stored, accessed and managed overseas."
Is it $12 or $17 million? or am I missing some distinction here?
