Batman’s cell phone database encryption

Just got back from seeing Batman for the second time, and I still can't tell what kind of encryption he is using on his cell phone database… this is the scene where he is talking to Lucius in the R&D lab (when Lucius finds out about Batman turning every cell phone in Gotham city into a microphone … and sonar) and says something like "it's ___ key encryption of the database". Can't quite figure it out.

Does anybody know what that line is?

According to http://joblo.com/scripts/The_Dark_Knight.pdf on pg. 136 “The database is null-key encrypted.”

Sounds like a good crypto scheme!
