I am using NewsGator for Outlook as my newsreader. For some reason, my subscriptions to blogspot blogs only provide the links though it’s supposed to provide full text (at least, the handful of folks I’ve asked about this). This may have something to do with upgrading to the beta version of blogger or a change to using FeedBurner for feeds…
Does anybody have any ideas?
Update: This appears to have been a known problem btwn Feedburner and NewsGator. In any case, an upgrade to the new NG client seems to have fixed the problem. Although now I have a bunch of duplicate posts to contend with.
hmmm… well, i’m a blogspot blogger, i’m using the new version and i use feedburner (which, as far as i know, can only repackage an existing feed…
i just checked the feed source and the full content is there… is the full content present in the feeds you’re having trouble with? if not then i suspect it’s a problem at the source of the feed, otherwise it might be a problem with your reader…
you could always double check with a secondary reader – an online one like google reader or bloglines would save you from having to install anything extra on your pc…
