I haven’t followed the antitrust case(s) against Microsoft very closely, but Alan Murray’s latest Wall Street Journal column, Microsoft Foe Quits Antitrust Crusade — With Check in Hand (subscription required, which, I might add, is very reasonable considering the price of getting WSJ delivered), struck a chord. The "foe" mentioned is Ed Black of the Computer and Communications Industry Association, who Mr. Murray says has "spent a decade on a quixotic quest to slay mighty Microsoft for its antitrust abuses."
I know of the CCIA only for its publishing of the Monoculture Report by Dan Geer, which I rebutted here.
